Portabella Shrimp Stir-Fry

Made with Phillips Sautéed Fire Roasted Portabella



1. Heat large sauté pan or wok over high heat, add sesame oil and swirl around the pan to coat evenly.

2. When the pan is hot, add shrimp. Cook while stirring for one minute, add carrots, bamboo shoots, and snow peas. Cook for 2 minutes.

3. Add Sautéed portabella, onion, and pepper. Cook until all vegetables reach the desired temperature and shrimp is cook through. Finish by adding stir fry sauce and mixing to coat each ingredient.

4. Serve hot with white rice.
