Mini Goat Cheese Mushroom Quiche

Use Phillips Sautéed Fire Roasted sliced Button Mushrooms



1. Whisk eggs thoroughly, stir in mushrooms.

2. Add chopped parsley and crumbled goat cheese to egg and mushroom mixture.

3. Carefully fill each puff pastry shell 2/3 of the way with the mixture.

4. Cook filled pastry shells according to manufacturer’s directions, the egg should be firmly set up and golden brown.
