Our IQF mushrooms are available in sliced and diced cuts.
- Since we freeze our mushrooms so soon after harvesting, our IQF blanched retain much of their rich flavor, yet provide the benefits of a blanched product.

- Dried can be very economical since the flavor is more concentrated than the fresh or frozen varieties. Typically, a smaller amount of dried mushrooms is needed due to the intense flavor.
