Roasted Mushrooms in Garlic Butter

Roasted mushrooms are drizzled in garlic and herb butter then baked until tender. This one will surprise you!

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.

2. Arrange the mushrooms in a single layer on the sheet pan.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together the butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, olive oil, salt and pepper.

4. Drizzle the butter mixture over the mushrooms. Toss and coat evenly.

5. Place the pan in the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender. Stir halfway through the cook time.

6. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
