Roasted Mushrooms In Garlic Butter
Roasted mushrooms are drizzled in garlic and herb butter then baked until tender. This one will surprise you!

Ingredients
- 2lbs whole mushroomscleaned and stems trimmed
- 4tbsp butter melted
- 2tsp minced garlic
- 1tsp Italian seasoning
- 1tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepperto taste
- cooking spray
- 2tbsp chopped fresh herbs parsley or other favorites
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Arrange the mushrooms in a single layer on the sheet pan.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the butter mixture over the mushrooms. Toss and coat evenly.
- Place the pan in the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender. Stir halfway through the cook time.
- Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
