Portabella Shrimp Stir-Fry
Made with Phillips Sautéed Fire Roasted Portabella

Ingredients
- 1/2lb Phillips Sautéed Fire Roasted Sliced Button Mushrooms
- 1/8 cup roasted red pepper and onion
- 1/4cup snow peas
- 1/4cup carrotsjulienned
- 1/4cup bamboo shootcanned and drained
- 2tbsp sesame oil, toasted
- 1/2cup stir fry sauce, prepared
- 1cup prepared white rice
- 2 cups shrimp peeled and deveined, tail off
Instructions
- Heat large sauté pan or wok over high heat, add sesame oil and swirl around the pan to coat evenly.
- When the pan is hot, add shrimp. Cook while stirring for one minute, add carrots, bamboo shoots, and snow peas. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add Sautéed portabella, onion, and pepper. Cook until all vegetables reach the desired temperature and shrimp is cook through. Finish by adding stir fry sauce and mixing to coat each ingredient.
- Serve hot with white rice.
